In the following I will collect a lot of information related to all aspects of running a B2C e-commerce site. It is divided into 7 categories based on the model used by Charles Dennis in his book from 2004, e-Retailing:

The 7 C's --- Dennis(2004)
It is based on the 7 P's used in nearly all 101 marketingbooks :) which is based on the Harvard marketing model 4 P's by E. Jerome McCarthy from 1960: Place, Product, Price and Promotion. I have chosen the 7 C's
Dennis(2004) since it seems to included many aspects of running a e-commerce site.
The seven C's is divided into the following categories:

EditC2 - Customer value and benefits
EditC3 - Cost to the consumer
EditC4 - Communication and customer relationships
EditC5 - Computing and category management issues
EditC6 - Customer franchise
EditC7 - Customer care and service
